Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Glasgow is seeking a Workplace Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer-facing representative for our facilities management on the MOD FDIS contract. You will ensure seamless facilities support and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for building occupants.

Responsibilities include logging and chasing work orders, floor walks to maintain a clean environment, and supporting health and safety procedures.

Competenze

• Proven experience in customer service, facilities management or workplace support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with individuals and groups.
• Experience using CAFM and Maximo systems, including logging jobs, raising purchase orders and running reports.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with ability to support printing and AV solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities management-related queries, requests and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Log, monitor and chase work orders and ensure issues are directed to the correct teams.
• Conduct regular floor walks to maintain a clean, tidy and professional working environment.
• Support health and safety procedures, including active participation during fire emergencies.
