Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in Dundee is recruiting a Facilities Co-ordinator to support the effective management of facilities services across offices, depots, compounds and project locations. You will coordinate daily facilities activities, ensure safe, compliant and efficient workplaces, and act as the main contact for contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role is office-based five days per week in Dundee. You will maintain records, assist with relocations and sustainability initiatives, and

Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities/coordinator role or similar.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities management across offices and project locations.
• Ensure buildings, welfare facilities, compounds and workspaces are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
• Manage facilities suppliers and contractors; monitor service levels and performance.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate facilities records, asset registers, permits and compliance documents.
• Coordinate workplace setups for new projects, office relocations and site mobilisations.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Promote Zero Harm culture and compliance with HSES requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of facilities issues.
