Berry Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance, cleaning, and safety compliance. Location: Glasgow (3 days) / Edinburgh (2 days) with monthly travel to Carlisle and Perth. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Start date ASAP. You will manage service providers, monitor supplies, control the facilities budget, implement safety policies, and drive sustainability

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office facilities operations, including maintenance and cleaning.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely, quality service.
• Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability.
• Implement health and safety policies and conduct inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage budget and control facilities-related costs.
• Respond to facilities issues and employee requests promptly.
