Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking an organised Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of services across our sites in the UK. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with a focus on administrating facilities management software and keeping paperwork in line with company procedures.

You will log works daily, secure quotes and approvals, act as the main onsite contact for maintenance queries, and support Out of Hours administration.

Responsibilities

• To log any required works on the facilities management software on a daily basis.
• To ensure the correct quotes and approval is received prior to logging on the facilities management software.
• Acting as a key contact for onsite maintenance or site managers with any urgent queries.
• To assist with the administration/documentation required for Out of Hours works.
