Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Co-ordinator for a leading technology manufacturer. This role is coordination and admin-led, not hands-on maintenance, focusing on logging issues, coordinating contractors, and keeping accurate records.

Part-time with flexibility to suit the site requirements, roughly 20 hours per week. Option 1: mornings, 3–4 hours daily; Option 2: longer shifts across fewer days (e.g., 3 days a week).

Qualifications

• Experience as school caretaker or facilities coordinator.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong timekeeping and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as site caretaker / property coordinator.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with facilities management provider.
• Monitor waste management and book external collections as needed.
• Liaise with Production and Engineering to action site issues.
• Maintain admin records and status updates.
• Report into the site hiring manager.
