A leading organization in Luton is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Hat District. The role involves supervising buildings and staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience and a proactive approach to facility management. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

37 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
About the Job:
Do you have experience of delivering an effective and high-quality customer focused service in a busy venue.Do you have experience of supervising buildings, employees and volunteers, as well as carrying out administration and business development.The post holder would be the main point of contact for internal and external queries relating to all Hat District buildings operated by the Culture Trust.
About you:
You will have experience of carrying out a range of administrative tasks including booking and hiring, retail sales, financial monitoring and reporting, arranging staffing rotas, invoicing and ordering equipment and services.You will have experience of supervising the day to day operation of buildings, including health and safety, general maintenance, setting up rooms and equipment, supervising and training staff, security and cleanliness of the building and ensuring an excellent standard of customer care.
You will have a good knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations relevant to the post.
