Position Summary:
The facility coordinator will work under the guidance of the global facility director and regional facilities managers to ensure the health and safety of all employees and visitors to CSC offices. Responsibilities include managing the physical space of the CSC offices, including buildings, parking, and grounds for each assigned location. The individual will serve as a liaison between employees, contractors, and property managers to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, the facility coordinator will develop and document maintenance and security processes aligned with global standards, and coordinate these processes across locations with regional support.

- Create and maintain documentation of processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the facilities team’s knowledge base and collaborate with other coordinators and managers.
- Respond to facility requests via phone, email, and service tickets; resolve incidents promptly and document resolutions.
- Support emergency responses, coordinate with contractors, and document actions.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs within budget constraints.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, test security systems, and prepare emergency plans.
- Serve as emergency response coordinator for fire, disaster, and other emergencies.
- Support health and safety practices complying with local guidelines.
- Meet regularly with property and building management to discuss improvements and assess services.
- Maintain office equipment and physical space for employees and facilities.
- Proactively plan space usage and document related processes.
- Coordinate office moves, including planning and asset tracking.
- Manage inventories of furniture, AV equipment, and assets, including depreciation schedules.
- Administer office supplies and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Adjust work schedules for after-hours projects and handle on-call duties as needed.
- Perform physical activities daily, including lifting over 50 pounds when necessary.
Skills and expertise:
- Experience in facility and/or project management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage remote offices.
