Facilities Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full-time Facilities Coordinator to join our offices in Enfield. The role involves supporting Wates FM in delivering first-class maintenance services, acting as a professional link between management and staff, and ensuring effective help desk and financial administration.
We seek a candidate with strong administration experience in a busy, client-driven environment, preferably with Facilities Management experience and knowledge of CAFM systems (elog). NVQ/SVQ in Customer Services Level 1-4 is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concept Evolution, and multitasking ability are required. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career within a supportive team.
