We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator, reporting directly to Facilities Manager to join our Facilities team based in Milton Keynes.

About the mission we offer you:

Facilities Coordinator - We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day routine office activities, including answering external/internal calls and welcoming all visitors and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day ah-hoc admin tasks
  • Report office faults snags to Site Operations Supervisor; fill in incident logs
  • Picking up hospitality, travel, and various requests.
  • Logging Admin helpdesk tickets + other misc. duties
  • Manning main switchboard (answering, screening and forwarding calls)
  • Take and relay messages
  • Organise meeting rooms/provide coffee/lunches etc
  • Serve Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issue key cards, monitor people comings/goings)
  • Stock checks on stationary, PPE and sanitising stations.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, preregistering and general preparations for clients.
  • General point of contact (correspondence, queries, internal and external clients, and contractors) and directing queries to the correct departments.
  • General support for onsite clients
  • Preparing couriers & post
  • Back-up of Site operations & services support
