Job summary

BJF Group is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery within the South East FM portfolio. You will ensure contractual compliance, provide technical support to the client facilities management team, and drive planned maintenance programs.

You will manage a team, oversee financial performance and ensure service continuity across client sites, while maintaining safety, quality and governance in all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of statutory and contractual compliance in building services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver planned and reactive maintenance services with full compliance.
• Oversee supply chain performance, ensuring service standards and documentation are met.
• Manage site assets, maintenance programmes and CAFM system updates.
• Act as the main operational liaison with the client and manage priorities and escalations.
• Provide management information, cost control and support chargeable works to drive growth.
• Support small works and projects, including scoping, delivery and handover.
• Ensure effective site management, staffing structures and continuity of service.
• Maintain financial and commercial control, adhering to procurement and governance processes.
• Develop and deliver contract financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability.
