The role focuses on profitable planning, management, and delivery of extra works and projects, with direct reporting to the Head of Projects for the Southwest.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial acumen, extensive project delivery experience, and strong client management skills to maximize contract profitability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Project Management and project delivery.
• Passionate people manager with exceptional communication skills.
• Driven and decisive with ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Able to liaise with client teams at all levels and provide proactive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Driving commercial performance (P&L accountability).
• Building a high-performing projects delivery team with self-delivery capability.
