BJF Group in the South West is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of profitable planning, delivery of extra works and projects within our Southwest Facilities Management division. You will lead a high-performing delivery team, ensure world-class safety, quality and compliance, and strengthen strategic client relationships to maximise contract profitability.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will drive commercial performance, build a capable team and oversee

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Project Management and project delivery.
• Strong communication skills to handle changing priorities and client needs.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience estimating and submitting compliant tenders and quotations.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, CDM and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance (P&L accountability).
• Build a high-performing projects delivery team with self-delivery capability.
• Ensure world-class standards of safety, quality and compliance.
• Strengthen strategic client relationships and position BJF Group as partner of choice.
• Report to Head of Projects; manage client relationships and project pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and additional contract work.
