Job summary

TDA Group in Ware is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an onsite contract starting ASAP, with roughly 4-5 hours per day. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance and facilities needs at the site, including coordinating with CBRE and arranging callouts.

You will perform onsite checks, assist with waste management, and handle general facilities duties, working independently to prioritise maintenance tasks while staying flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities administration or building maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with manual handling where required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicate regularly with CBRE via email and telephone.
• Conduct onsite checks to identify and assess maintenance issues.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance and facilities requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange waste collections.
• Support general upkeep and smooth operation of the site.
• Keep relevant parties updated on progress.
