Job summary

Norse Group LTD is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Exeter to support FM service contracts, supervise a team, and ensure health and safety, budget and procurement tasks are executed efficiently. The role is based at Great Moor House with standard 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday.

Applicants should have FM knowledge, strong administrative skills, and experience with MS Office and safety legislation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Facilities Management and delivery of FM services.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams and deliver customer service excellence.
• Experience managing workloads and coordinating multiple tasks.
