Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance across a portfolio of schools in Exeter. You will focus on the effective delivery of hard FM services, ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of service issues, providing prompt, practical solutions and maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing facilities or hard services across multiple sites.
• Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams and contractors.
• Understanding of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and PPMs.
• Experience managing performance, training and development of FM staff.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control and procurement.

Responsibilities
