Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead hard FM services across multiple Exeter sites, ensuring safety, compliance and reliable operations for the education portfolio. You will manage a caretaking team, coordinate contractors and drive improvements in site performance.

The role requires proven multi-site facilities or hard services experience, strong leadership, budget control and a proactive attitude to risk.

Qualifications

# Facilities Manager## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance across a portfolio of schools in Exeter. You will focus on the effective delivery of hard FM services, ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. The successful candidate will take full ownership of service issues, providing prompt, practical solutions and maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders.Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors.We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing facilities or hard services in a multi-site environment, preferably within PFI contracts or the education sector, with proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. You will be joining our Total FM team based in Exeter.
