EQUANS is seeking an Assistant Performance & Workflow Manager in Wakefield for a permanent role at Pinderfields Hospital. The position is full-time (37.5 hours) with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in facilities management or healthcare.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (Maximo) and reporting tools is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic DBS check essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Support KPI tracking and service performance reporting across sites.
• Prepare documentation for client audits and monthly meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in CAFM systems and support process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and schedule meetings.
