The 42-month development plan includes mentoring and exposure to engineering within F1 and Advanced Technologies, culminating in an IMECHE-accredited HNC. The program supports personal growth, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Practical machining experience and understanding of machining principles.
• Interest in manufacturing and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Produce components using CNC machines and inspect to quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimise product development.
