Ideal candidates have GCSEs, a demonstrable Mechatronics background, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. The program includes broad exposure and the chance to contribute to exciting racing technology.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at grades 4-9 including Maths, English Language and a Science
• Demonstrable experience in any Mechatronic topic (electrical, software or mechanical)
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, accountability and initiative
• Willingness to go the extra mile for team success
