Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure a welcoming, efficient service. You will oversee daily shifts, coordinate with kitchen and bar, train staff, and supervise guest interactions to uphold our high standards.

The role requires strong communication, energy, and organisational skills in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a full-time, on-site position offering varied benefits and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe and deliver seamless service.
• Oversee shift activities, set up tables, ensure smooth order flow and guest satisfaction.
• Guide and train the team, encouraging best performance.
• Handle guest requests confidently and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep service moving and orders plated.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning for the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and health & safety across dining and service areas.

What you'll be doing...

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
• Oversee daily shift activities, from setting up tables to making sure orders flow smoothly and guests are happy.
• Support and guide the team, helping with training and encouraging everyone to deliver their best.
• Step in with confidence to handle guest requests and resolve issues, keeping the service upbeat and responsive.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep things moving like clockwork, from orders to plating.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, ensuring we’re set up for success every shift.
• Help with scheduling and shift planning, making sure the team is prepared and ready to go.
• Keep the dining and service areas sparkling clean and compliant, with an eye on health and safety.
