Job summary

Crowne Plaza, Chester is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team, ensuring warm, efficient service and a memorable dining experience for guests.

You will oversee service, support opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness and safety, handle guest inquiries, and assist with events. This role offers £13.21 per hour plus a service charge and a 40‑hour week across five days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
