The Queen’s Hotel in Cheltenham is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead our Food and Beverage team. You will oversee daily service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all dining areas.

As Duty Manager on a daily basis, you will mentor staff, coordinate events, and support operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership and guest-service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Supervise and support the F&B team and floor operations.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering teamwork.
• Perform Duty Manager shifts daily per rota.
