Job summary

Ib is London Wembley is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to uphold exceptional guest service and lead the F&B team across service areas at a Wembley hotel. The role focuses on supervising shifts, training staff, and driving revenue through upselling opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

The successful candidate will foster a welcoming dining and bar experience, manage stock, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Flexible to work shifts Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty throughout their stay.
• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all service areas.
• Supervise team members on shift, ensuring duties are completed to a high standard and guests receive outstanding service.
• Train, coach and motivate team members in company procedures, product knowledge and service standards.
• Create a welcoming dining and bar experience where every guest feels valued.
• Manage stock levels, stock rotation and ordering requirements for food, beverages and catering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards at all times.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Drive sales by promoting food, beverage and hotel services and encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Promote and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
