Job summary

Ibis London Wembley is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver consistent, memorable service to guests across breakfast, bar and restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will join a 210-room hotel, be part of the Accor network, and support kitchen and front‑of‑house duties as needed. 5 days per week, full-time, with an hourly rate of £14.80.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
• Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
• Take orders and send them to kitchen staff.
• Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and cooking duties when required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards across both front and back of house areas.
• Be flexible in supporting all food and beverage operations, including breakfast service, bar service, restaurant service, and kitchen duties as required by the business.
• Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC)
