Responsibilities

• Deliver F&B operations and supervise the largest part of hotel F&B.
• Partner with F&B Manager to recruit and manage staff, ensure high customer service levels.
• Develop menus, maintain inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and assist marketing/sales teams to promote offerings.
• Maintain strong communication and uphold Aimbridge's four pillars: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
