Job summary

Apex Hotels in Dundee is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the Restaurant and Bars Manager in day-to-day operation, ensuring high service levels across breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service.

You will lead the F&B team, deliver outstanding guest care, assist with recruiting and training, and help maximise revenue through excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food or beverage role
• Ability to deliver excellent standards
• Uses own initiative
• Customer service attitude
• Supervisory training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure service standards and handle guest inquiries
• Work across Bar, Restaurant and Room Service
• Deliver outstanding customer care
• Open and close Restaurant and Bar
• Take responsibility for stock taking
• Assist with recruiting and training staff
• Support payroll, scheduling and admin tasks
