Job summary

Hotel Indigo Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our guest dining experiences with warmth and efficiency.

You will oversee the F&B team, assist in food and beverage service, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and guest service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for development within our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team and supervise duties.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards in dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Support operations, restocking, inventory, and events coordination.
• Coordinate and execute events and functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented.
