Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor at our Birmingham location. You will oversee F&B operations, partnering with the F&B Manager to recruit and manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service.

You will help develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, enforce health and safety standards, and analyse sales data. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Prior experience delivering first-class service in a food and beverage environment.
• Deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations and supervise a large part of F&B.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on recruiting and staff management.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain inventories and budgets.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and monitor industry trends.
• Analyse sales and financial reports and work with marketing/sales to promote offerings.
