Job summary

Warner Hotels in Heythrop Park is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach teams, maintain high standards, and support smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

The role focuses on leading from the front, ensuring exceptional service, and driving service excellence while creating memorable dining moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 3 food safety desirable).
• Excellent communication and problem-saving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader across the department and monitor standards.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve issues promptly and reallocate resources.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams across departments.
• Serve as main guest contact during shifts, handling queries and VIPs.
• Maintain visible presence to support guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
