Job summary

Warner Hotels at Heythrop Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts, coach teams, and uphold the high standards our guests expect across restaurants and bars. You'll be the on-shift face of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting managers with reporting and compliance.

You will drive guest experiences, handle queries, and assist with health & safety, upselling, and team development, contributing to memorable dining moments at this estate

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader across the department.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve issues promptly and maintain standards.
• Support and coach teams to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Monitor cash handling, upselling opportunities, and cost control.
