Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the success of our hotel. This hands-on role involves ensuring the restaurant and bar are prepared for service and presented to the highest standard, while acting as an ambassador and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will guide the team during service, set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in to deputise when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Ability to lead by example and support others during service.
• Commitment to high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail.
• Clear and positive communication in busy environments.
• Motivation to create great guest experiences and foster teamwork.

As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure that our restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. • Have previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role
