Job summary

Holiday Inn Southampton-Eastleigh is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure memorable dining experiences for guests. You will oversee service, assist in food and beverage preparation, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires excellent communication, strong teamwork, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
