Job summary

Valor Hospitality in the United Kingdom is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure memorable guest experiences across our venues. You will oversee service, support food and beverage operations, and help maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

This role requires strong communication, a proactive approach to guest needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team and daily operations.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in dining areas.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Support with setup/clearing tables, restocking, and inventory.
• Coordinate and assist with events and functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably.
