Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations within the hotel portfolio. You will recruit and manage staff, ensure exceptional guest service, develop menus, control inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations. You’ll lead with Aimbridge’s four pillars of People, Product, Guest, Performance.

You will monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote F&B offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with stock handling.
• Inspirational leader with first class communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards.
