LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence at The Queen at Chester Hotel. This hands-on, visible role supports the F&B Manager and helps shape the guest experience while upholding high standards across the restaurant and bar.

You will lead by example, ensure smooth service, and drive revenue through great hospitality, attention to detail and teamwork on the floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Focus on high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and support a team during service

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage operation
• Lead by example and deputise for the manager when required
• Drive revenue through excellent guest service and attention to detail
• Create memorable guest experiences and maintain a welcoming environment
