Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in the restaurant, bar, breakfast or dinner teams.
• Confidently communicate all food and beverage offerings to customers.
• Handle payments (cash, card, room charges) per company guidelines.
• Provide warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, plan and assign work, support performance goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints.
• Maintain stock, minimise waste and assist inventory procedures.
