• Support training and development, coaching team members to deliver best performance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to keep service upbeat and responsive.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operations and timely plating.
• Assist with stock monitoring and inventory for each shift.
• Plan and manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for busy periods.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety across dining and service areas.
