Job summary

Motel One Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee our bar and breakfast operations. You will lead the team, ensure smooth service, and deliver a great guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

You have prior team leadership experience in hospitality, are hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility during peak periods. The role offers the chance to develop our 'One Smile' service concept and contribute to high service standards at Motel One Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in bar, restaurant or hotel.
• Hands-on leader who supports the team during busy periods.
• Confident decision-maker with strong communication.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day running of bar and breakfast service.
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver great service.
• Create welcoming atmosphere in the Motel One Lounge with the "One Smile" concept.
• Lead by example and stay hands-on.
• Monitor stock, ordering and costs to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety across the department.
• Assist with staff rotas and shift organisation.
• Listen to guest feedback and look for ways to improve our service.
• Collaborate with the wider hotel team to deliver a consistently great guest experience.
