Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team. You will deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager, lead and develop the team, and ensure high service standards across breakfast and dining.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £29,016 per year, 40 hours per week, worldwide staff discounts, 28 days holiday rising to 33, and many opportunities for training and progression within Axiom Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and lead the team.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Ensure breakfast and service standards are maintained.
• Ensure tables are set and guests are welcomed promptly.
• Take and execute guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Have knowledge of the menu and respond to guest queries.
• Communicate guest needs and dietary requirements to the team.
