Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking an experienced F&B & Bar Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead a front-of-house team, and ensure service that exceeds guest expectations in a stylish, relaxed setting.

Key duties include staff scheduling and training, maintaining HACCP standards, promoting responsible service of alcohol, and building strong relationships with guests and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hotel/restaurant/meetings.
• Experience in managing F&B teams and guest service excellence.
• Familiarity with hotel software (MICROS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the restaurant and bar.
• Lead and distribute work among staff; motivate through learning by doing.
• Deliver caring, professional service to exceed guest expectations in a stylish environment.
• Actively participate in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and partners.
