Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Old Town Chambers in Edinburgh. You will lead the F&B team during service, supervise daily operations, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive service throughout their stay.

The role requires recent F&B experience, a hands-on approach, strong communication, and a commitment to high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety. The team offers flexible working arrangements and staff benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience, ideally within a supervisory or senior team member role.
• A warm, professional and approachable personality with a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead and support a team during busy service periods.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and keep service running smoothly.
• A hands-on approach - you're happy to get stuck in and lead by example when the team needs you.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Support the training and development of team members, working closely with the wider team to create a seamless guest experience.
