Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our hotel in Dundee. You will lead the F&B team, ensuring a welcoming, seamless service from breakfast to dinner, coordinating with kitchen and bar, and managing stock and shifts.

The role requires a natural leader with strong communication, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Join us to contribute to excellent guest experiences across RBH hotels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, creating welcoming service.
• Oversee daily shift activities, from setting up tables to smooth order flow.
• Guide the team, aiding training and encouraging best performance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly while keeping service upbeat.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations from orders to plating.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory for every shift.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to keep the team prepared.
• Maintain clean, compliant dining and service areas with health & safety in mind.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Help lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
• Take charge of daily shift activities, from setting up tables to making sure orders flow smoothly and guests are happy.
• Guide the team, helping with training and encouraging everyone to deliver their best.
• Step in with confidence to handle guest requests and resolve issues, keeping the service upbeat and responsive.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep things moving like clockwork, from orders to plating.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, ensuring we’re set up for success every shift.
• Help with scheduling and shift planning, making sure the team is prepared and ready to go.
• Keep the dining and service areas sparkling clean and compliant, with an eye on health and safety.
