Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management's Edinburgh Grand hotel invites applications for a Food & Beverage Team Member. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and maintain high presentation standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar teams, uphold hygiene, restock supplies, and help create memorable guest experiences. Prior service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
• Support colleagues during peak times to keep service flowing.
