Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our hotel in Lancashire to lead the F&B team and deliver seamless service throughout each shift. You will drive guest satisfaction by coordinating with kitchen and bar, training staff, and maintaining high service standards.

In this fast-paced setting, you will monitor inventory, support scheduling, and ensure health and safety compliance while fostering a positive team culture and exceptional guest experiences.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to keep teams prepared.

What you'll be doing...

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
