Novotel London Bridge is seeking an experienced bar professional to lead the hotel bar team and deliver exceptional guest service in a busy 4-star setting near the South Bank. The role involves opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

You will train and coach staff, handle guest requests, and ensure bar service aligns with hotel standards and responsible service requirements. Evening shifts and late finishes are common.

Formación

• Previous bar or F&B experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, organised and able to lead a team.
• Good knowledge of drinks and bar service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the bar team during daily operations and service.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional and efficient service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and health & safety.
• Prepare and serve drinks in line with hotel standards and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste and breakages.
• Train, coach and support team members to improve performance and service standards.
• Deal confidently with guest requests, feedback and complaints.
• Ensure all bar procedures and hotel policies are followed.
• Support the F&B Manager with the smooth running of the department and act as a role model for the team.
