The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a warm, reliable Room Service / Bell Room Attendant for The Imperial Hotel in Bloomsbury, London. You’ll deliver in-room dining, assist guests with arrivals and departures, and help keep service areas organized and ready for the next guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality or a service role.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to handle luggage and move items safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver room service orders promptly and present trays with care.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures and luggage
• Keep the bell room and service areas tidy and ready for use.
• Respond to guest requests with thoughtful, personal service.
• Support setup and breakdown of in-room dining equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and brand standards in guest and back-of-house areas.
• Provide friendly guidance and local recommendations to guests.
• Assist with taxis, transfers and special requests.
