Imperial London Bloomsbury Hotel is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel. The role covers overseeing beverage operations, staff leadership, and ensuring health and safety compliance across shifts.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage stock and costs, and work closely with operational teams to maintain high standards in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar services and beverages, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Manage stock ordering and inventory for each outlet; ensure equipment is ready for service.
• Analyze daily sales and beverage costs; plan forecasts for revenue opportunities.
