The Imperial London Hotels Limited invites applications for a Room Attendant at The Imperial - New Hotel in Bloomsbury, London. You will ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards as part of the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, handling guest requests, and logging any maintenance needs. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential; English communication at CEFR A1 level is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in cleaning roles in hotel, domestic, or industrial settings.
• English communication at CEFR level A1 or higher.
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Bonus: COSHH or Health & Safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards including beds, bathrooms, floors and surfaces.
• Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures and complete tasks to a consistent standard.
• Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning and curtain cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues and log defects promptly.
• Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies per procedures.
• Fulfil guest requests politely and promptly.
• Maintain service area, equipment and trolley to required standards.
• Follow Health & Safety and hygiene procedures.
