Job summary

Imperial London Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel in London. You will support the F&B Manager, oversee bar services, and drive exceptional guest experiences across a 317-room property with a Starbucks, Media Lounge, and dedicated event spaces.

The role requires leadership, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on a 40-hour, 5-day week. A competitive salary of £32,900 plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Bartender or Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Natural leader with ability to coach teams to reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bar services and manage beverages across spaces, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise regularly with F&B Manager and other teams on performance and updates.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Take responsibility for stock ordering and inventory for each outlet.
• Review daily sales and beverage costs and forecast future opportunities.
