Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a proactive Complex Manager to lead multi‑outlet F&B and retail operations across our parks. You will enhance guest experiences, drive revenue, and oversee a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be responsible for budgets, stock control, safety compliance, and staff development, while maintaining Parkdean’s standards of service and profitability. DBS background checks may be required for safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams in high‑volume F&B environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, margins, and KPIs.
• Personal Licence, SIA licence, and Food Hygiene Level 3 or willingness to obtain with training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage all F&B and retail teams to deliver guest‑focused culture and performance.
• Achieve budgets, margins, and KPIs through stock control, payroll, cash handling, and cost controls.
• Conduct stock takes, line checks, audits, and report results with corrective actions.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences by embedding service quality and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing teams across multiple outlets.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities across F&B streams and optimize profitability.
• Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to support performance and development.
• Act as Duty Manager in absence of General Manager and participate in park leadership.
